tapFUEL (trading as tapFUEL, Melbourne Victoria Australia) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect your email address and display name when you register. We also collect supplement logs, hydration records, timestamps, device interaction data, IP addresses for security monitoring, and purchase information when you buy from us.

We collect information when you sign up, use the tapFUEL app, interact with a tappable device, make a purchase, or contact us for support.

We use your information to provide and improve tapFUEL, process orders, send product updates (opt out any time), monitor for security issues, and comply with legal obligations.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data may be stored on servers outside Australia. We use Brevo for transactional emails. We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (Supabase, Brevo, payment processors) or law enforcement where required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at support@tapfuel.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.

tapFUEL uses browser local storage to keep you logged in, save preferences, and cache logs offline. We use session storage for temporary device interaction data. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

TapFUEL is a digital platform and physical product system that allows users to track hydration and supplement intake through smart tappable tags and a connected application. By accessing or using TapFUEL, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

TapFUEL is intended for personal use only. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. You agree not to misuse the app or physical products, attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system, or use TapFUEL for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.

TapFUEL is a tracking tool only. It does NOT provide medical, nutritional, or health advice. All hydration and supplement decisions are your sole responsibility. Individual hydration and supplement needs vary. Goals set within the app are user-defined and not medically recommended targets. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your routine.

You confirm that all information provided is accurate and belongs to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

TapFUEL physical products (tappable smart tags) are sold separately. All sales are subject to availability. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to goods or services that are faulty or not as described.

Your data is stored using third-party infrastructure providers, including Supabase. We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

All TapFUEL branding, design, software, content, and related materials are the intellectual property of TapFUEL. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapFUEL is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from use of TapFUEL or its physical products, including indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be legally excluded.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of TapFUEL after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
